Our laying hens produce a beautiful variety of brown, white, blue, and green eggs. Our ducks lay fewer, although enormous eggs!
Our birds are pasture raised and forage grasses and bugs, and they're fed a USDA certified organic, corn-free and soy-free feed that is produced locally.
Pastured eggs demonstrate outstanding health benefits including twice the omega 3 fatty acids, half the ratio of omega 6:omega 3 fatty acids (reduces inflammation!) and increased amounts of vitamins A & E when compared with conventionally raised eggs.
