Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit. The estimated finished weight for a whole lamb is 30-35 lbs of meat.
Pricing: $8.50/lb hanging weight (estimated at 40-60lbs) plus the flat butcher fee $110/whole lamb or $55/half
Payment: $100 deposit whole/$50 deposit half & remainder is due upon delivery or if a payment plan is preferred, please let us know when you check out and we discuss the best arrangement.
