Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit.
For either a whole or half pig you will choose your cuts, types of sausage, bacon style, etc. You can also keep the pig whole if desired.
Pricing:
$5/lb for a whole hog plus the cost of butchering
$5.50/lb for a half hog plus the cost of butchering
“How does that work?”
You will pay $5 or $5.50 per pound for the hanging weight of the pig (estimated 120-160 pounds/whole hog). The butcher cost is dependent on what cuts you decide on, estimated at $175-$300.
For a whole pig, you will have a small chest freezer full of pork.
Payment: $150 whole/$75 half & remainder is due upon delivery. If you'd like to set up a payment plan please indicate this on your order comments and we will work out the arrangement together.
